Only 4 stars because of two reasons, too soon to comment on if it keeps the drain clean, system has a li battery in it. No paperwork was provided on the pump so I am unsure of operating temp range is ok for Florida Temp. Assume so given it's intended application. Easy install, quick shipping,
It’s easy to setup. So far so good.
My unit was just installed and programmed last Saturday so there’s no history yet. It was easy to install with one 3/4” tee spliced into the drain line. I didn’t have a place to plug it in, but my electrician will change that some time this week. After looking at different options I chose this one for its simplicity and the fact that relatively cheap vinegar, instead of some expensive alternative, is the agent used to keep the drain clear. That’s what plumbers use and if it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for me !
I only give it four stars because it has not proven itself.
I liked the easy installation, the use of vinegar, the charger and battery which give complete power autonomy. But I can't say that it will prevent drain from clogging. Only time will show it.
