It’s easy to setup. So far so good.

I liked the easy installation, the use of vinegar, the charger and battery which give complete power autonomy. But I can't say that it will prevent drain from clogging. Only time will show it.

The package had all that was needed to complete my install. I installed it on a shoulder high shelf in a closet about 7' under the air handler hanging in the attic. I was concerned that the pump would not be able to push the liquid that high. The A/C Drain Flow pump had NO problem at all.
The quality everything seemed top notch. The pump was easy to operate. To change the programming took me a while to figure out. If I remember correctly, you have to hit the center power button to enter the changes you make.
I tested the amount of liquid transfer by programming a cycle and catching the liquid in a container in the attic. It moved a bit more than 2 1/2 cups. I increase my time period a little so my gallon will last 6 months (easy to remember).

I received my installation kit within a few days of ordering. The instructions are very clear and intuitive. I was hesitant to install it for several weeks as the air handler is in my attic and I have a 12 foot ceiling with only an access panel there. I bit the bullet and installed within a half hour. What made it simple for me was that there is already a electrical wall socket right near the unit.
I have been having a problem with slime clogging my condensate drain for decades. I even had to have the 36' line entirely replaced a few years ago and that started clogging. I am very hopeful this will eliminate the problem.

I have a finished basement and I have had intermittent water backup from my condensation pipe and unfortunately my furnace did not have a secondary pan or an backup shutoff switch. I overhauled the pipes, installed a shut off float, installed pans along the edge of the furnace underneath the pipes and wanted to install an automatic chemical solution dispenser. I researched the IFlo.com system but you have to buy their proprietary solution every 3 to 6 months. I finally found this AC Drain Flo pump and use the gallon of vinegar. Product seems to be well built. Its installation was very easy. So far the pump works great and I am very pleased. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Easy to install seems to work fine is primed and waiting for first cycle to happen, I did not have an electric plug but by following the instructions it was easy to hook up to the air handler for power

We have tried other drain systems, but the Wi-Fi was problematic. It's been working for about a week, and everything is fine. No more putting chlorine in th drain every few days. Fingers crossed. :)

great product easy to install

The principle behind this product is very good. I like the fact that it is 110V operated with an internal back up. My unit was shipped without programing directions and the ones on line at the time were outdated. I called, they answered the phone and walked me through the set up. I told them to update the directions on the web and they did. Set up is easy with the directions. I like the fact that this unit does not use proprietary refills like others on the market. That's where they soak your wallet. I have used another brand but was only getting 2 years out of them before they failed. I hope this one last longer. I waited 30 days after installation to review because I wanted it to complete its first cycle which it did. Now I need to see how long this unit will last. My unit is in the attic in Houston, Texas. Time will tell.

Easy to setup like the fact it come with a power source, don't have to worry about batteries. Also I like that it does not have a storage tank that will rot out
