    1/4" Drill Bit
    Power Drill
    Philip bit or Philip Screwdriver
    Flat head Screw driver

  • Supplies Needed

    1 Gallon white Vinegar (separately)

AC Drain FLO vinegar dispenser installation

Step 1.

Drill 1/4" hole in to the top of the Vinegar bottle cap.

Step 2.

Feed 1/4" tube through the hole and connect the inlet filter.
Once tube is connected to inlet filter, continue feeding tube all the way to the bottom of the vinegar bottle.

Step 3.

Mount pump on the AC drain line and Run the tubing from Vinegar bottle to the pump and cut appropriate amount. Insert tubing to "IN" port.

Step 4.

Remove the cap from AC Drain clean out port and insert injection port.
Connect tubing from injection port to Outlet port on the pump. You will need to cut the tubing to the length you need.

Step 5.

Plug USB C cable in to pump and plug power cord in to wall. If you do not have outlet near AC unit see hardwire instructions.

Step 6.

Prime pump
Press set and then press test

Programming Pump

NOTE: PUMP is preprogrammed to our recommended values of HOW MUCH= 1, HOW OFTEN = 30d for 2 cup, every 30 days. No programming required to operate.

1. To turn PUMP ON/OFF: Long Press [Power Button] (3 seconds). Double press [Power Button] to show battery level 0-10 (unit must be on).
2. Press the [Power Button] and then press the [Test] button twice quickly to prime the PUMP and run it until you see all the air out of the 1/4" TUBING at the INJECTION PORT
3. Your device is now setup.

Hardwire Instructions
